My Reformer is being shipped via Depot Collection, Curbside or Business delivery. What do I need to know?

Depot Collection

You will receive a tracking link via email once your Reformer has been dispatched to the depot for you to collect when it arrives. Once you receive notification that your delivery has arrived at the depot, you will be able to organise collection. We recommend collecting with a ute or trailer due to the size of the crate that the Reformer is shipped in. Please refer to here for exact specifications.

Curbside Delivery

You will receive a tracking link via email once your reformer bed has been dispatched to your home for curbside delivery, and you can track its journey! The truck will unload your crate "to the curb” of your driveway. Curbside doesn’t include the delivery driver unboxing the crate or taking it inside. We do recommend a second set of hands for unboxing due to the size of the crate that the Reformer is shipped in. Please refer to here for exact specifications.

Business Delivery

You will receive a tracking link via email once your reformer bed has been dispatched to the business address provided for you to collect from, and you can track its journey! Once you receive notification that your reformer has arrived at the business, you can organise collection. We recommend collecting with a ute or trailer due to the size of the crate that the Reformer is shipped in. Please refer to here for exact specifications.

The business needs to have room for a truck to pull up and forklift onsite to unload the crate off the truck.
